Professional video conferencing services are available using facilities and
equipment at the business school.
Video Conference Service
We provide IP Connect Video Conferences that
offer face to face communications only. It is recommended that if you
wish to share PowerPoint presentations or other computer related files, that
you contact the individuals that you are planning the conference with to
determine which version of Office they are using, and then e-mail a copy of
the file to them in advance of the Video Conference.
Video Conference Staffing
We have staff
available from 8:00am-10:00pm Monday-Wednesday and 8:00am-5:00pm Thursday-Friday,
Eastern Time Zone.
For Students
Services are available to business school students
for meetings, such as recruiting interviews and MAP project meetings. Please
contact us for available times and setup preparation requirements.

time we are connecting to a location, we recommend a test
call to ensure our systems are compatible. We would
prefer to complete this test at least one week in
advance of the conference.
