Room K4354 is available for ISDN video
conferencing in the Kresge Library. K4354 will seat 40 people. K4318
will seat 8 people. We have staff
available from 8:00am-10:00pm Monday-Wednesday and 8:00am-5:00pm Thursday-Friday,
Eastern Time Zone. If you need to have a video
conference in a classroom, please
contact us for more information. Costs
for Video Conferencing Rooms
Cost varies based upon set up, services and support. Factors in deciding
price include quality of connection, domestic call, international call, and
length of room reservation.
You are charged for one full hour.
Any additional time is charged in 15-minute increments.
Charges:
- Room charge: with technician present for duration of
call = $100/hour
- Room charge: with technician present only for set up
= $100 Flat Fee
- Test call = $75
- There is no ISDN charge if the other location dials
into our site.
- We require 48 hours advance notice to arrange
conference calls.

How We Handle Your Requests
If you have questions or concerns while planning your conference, please

requested to please fill out the following form:
If this is the first
time we are connecting to a location, we recommend a test
call to ensure our systems are compatible. We would
prefer to complete this test at least one week in
advance of the conference.
