Posters are a critical media for advertising
news and events. Ross has introduced new plasma monitors to display
posters digitally.
This is a technology being considered for the
new building. We have mounted three pilot monitors. The one located near Kresge
is focused on general school news and events. The monitor outside the student
lounge has content focused entirely on students with the information coming
primarily from student clubs. A third monitor is being placed at Commerce Park
(Dearborn) to provide information specific to Evening MBA students. Some
information will be provided on all screens as relevant.
Our staff, will continue to work with you and
manage all aspects of posting your information on the monitors. In addition, the
same electronic posters will be displayed to all faculty, staff and students on
the school’s
My iMpact portal for even
greater distribution.
To submit your poster, make certain it meets the
requirements, then email the file to
Plasma-printinfo@bus.umich.edu.

Normal lead time to post an event to the digital plasma displays is 5 days prior to the event and/or registration deadline. Only under special circumstances will you see your event posted sooner.
Your event will be posted to My iMpact the day it is received,
unless a specific start and end time is requested. |
