Students with laptops can take advantage of the
distributed computing infrastructure throughout the Business School:

wireless network for laptop internet access throughout the School.
Wireless cards are available for loan through the Kresge Library Reserve Desk,
but most students opt for the convenience of purchasing their own wireless
card.
- Ethernet connections are available in all major classrooms. Students will need to provide their own laptop (see our
recommendations), as well
as their own Ethernet card and cable.
- A
Virtual Lab for laptop access to lab software used for courses.
- Power outlets for laptops in student areas.
- Printers in the
student areas for laptops using our wireless or Ethernet connections.
- A Laptop Support team provides on-site assistance.
We provide comprehensive information
on buying a laptop, setting it up for our environment, and getting
help in our Laptop
section.
