Edward Adams
Director and Chief Technology Officer
Ed has over 20 years experience in many areas of information
technology and holds degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics and
Business Information Systems. He has worked for Unisys, Applicon,
Schlumberger, was a principle in a successful entrepreneurial
software startup that developed an innovative approach to J.I.T.
manufacturing resource planning, and has taught graduate courses in
graphic programming techniques and user interface design.
Information technologies include developing object-oriented
programming languages and compilers, database design, computer
graphics, computer-aided-design (CAD) and network operations. Ed
joined the Business School in 1991 and has directed Computing
Services since 1996.

Paul Michaud
Director/Manager of Research Computing
Paul has worked in information
technology for more than 20 years and holds degrees in Economics,
Computer Science, and Statistics (plus has a Michigan MBA). He
has worked for General Motors, EDS, Bell Northern Research and
Northern Telecom as an application designer, programmer and manager.
He has consulted on myriad research projects for faculty at
universities across the country. Paul joined RSB in 1993 when
Research Computing was created and has been doing it ever since.

Diana Scheer
HelpDesk Manager and Budget Manager
Diana joined the University of Michigan in
1983 and has worked in Computing Services since 1992. She is responsible
for the CS financial accounts, Business School computer and computer equipment
purchases, and operational oversight of the HelpDesk team and Software
Support team.
She works closely with faculty, staff and the HelpDesk team in specifying
and ordering equipment. Diana has
a degree in elementary education from Eastern Michigan University and has
many years experience in the banking industry.

Brian Greminger
Manager of Application Development and Video
Services
Since 1994, Brian has worked creating multimedia training and
marketing solutions for corporate clients such as Tandem Computers,
LaSalle National Bank/ABN AMRO, Old Kent Bank, Ford Motor, Dana
Corporation, Monsanto, and Pharmacia. For Detroit’s 300th
anniversary, he was the interactive designer for a CD detailing
Detroit’s history since the fur-trading days, distributed to
elementary and middle schools across the state. He joined the Ross
School in 2002 to help establish the Video and Streaming Media
Services Team for Computing Services. He holds a BBA from the Ross
School.

Dave Reinhardt
Manager of Network Operations
Dave is a University of Michigan graduate with a BSEE degree from
the College of Engineering. He has extensive experience with a
number of successful high tech companies in the Ann Arbor area. Most
recently he was the Vice President of Operations for Viewtronix, a
local start-up company that manufactured industrial monitors.
Similarly, at Nematron, General Automation, and others, he held
managerial positions that required a combination of technical
knowledge, organizational skills, and communication skills. These
same attributes are well suited to his position as Network
Operations Manager here at Ross. Dave also has a secondary level
Teaching Certificate in math from Eastern Michigan University.

Christopher Visel
Manager of
Classroom Support 
Chris manages the Classroom Support Team and oversees
the Student Computing Labs and Laptop Support. Chris joined RSB in the Facilities Office in 1993. In 2001,
he joined
the the Computing Services Helpdesk. In 2007, Chris earned an
Associates Degree in Applied Sciences. His extensive knowledge
of the Business School computing and facilities helps him lead his
team in providing excellent support to the instructional computing
needs throughout the School.
