Heather joined the Ross School of Business in January 2007 and leads the Office of Student Life. She works with students to help maximize their experience at Ross outside of the classroom. The focus of the Office of Student Life is to provide resources to students, so they can empower themselves to be successful.

Heather has a BA in Dance and Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA. Her experience includes 10 years of working with students in the area of student activities and leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys the arts and is on the Advisory Committee for the University Musical Society.

Al graduated from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, with Bachelor of Science Degrees
in Finance and Accounting in 1982. He passed the CPA exam in May of 1982 and audited for Price Waterhouse in Chicago until he moved into Human Resources in 1989. Focusing on HR Generalist duties, he moved to the Detroit area and joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1994 where he was the Regional Recruitment Director until joining the Ross School of Business in 1996.

Al is interested in assisting students in all aspects of the career search process, from self-assessment to compensation negotiation and lives in Northville with his wife Sally and two children, Jamie and Jack.
