Q: Where is "OCD"?
A: OCD Stands for the Office of Career Development and
resides in two locations: E2420 (Career Counseling), the hallway between Kresge and Executive Residence Buildings on the second floor,
and K2336 (Recruiting), in the Kresege Library. The office is open
from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Q: How do I contact OCD with a
question?
A: The best way to contact OCD is
through email. For Career Counseling, general student inquiries should be directed to
rosscareercounseling@umich.edu.
You can also call the office at (734) 764-1373 during regular office hours; for
recruiting, general student inquiries should be directed to
ocd@umich.edu or call (734) 764-1372.
Q: What is the difference between
the "OCD-Recruiter Relations Management team" and "OCD-Career Counseling"?
A: OCD has two main functions:
student career education and managing on-campus career opportunities. Career
Counseling handles general student inquiries about the recruiting process as
well as provide workshops and counseling services. The Recruiter Relations
Management team manages on-campus recruiter events, job
postings, and interviewing.
