Ross Leadership Development Program

The Ross Leadership Development Program (LDP) is exclusively for Evening and Weekend MBAs. This annual two-day program serves as the foundation for leadership development at Ross. The LDP allows entering part-time MBA students to begin their time at Ross by giving them concrete feedback on existing skills. Students also will map out their own leadership development plan.

The Ross Leadership Development Program will:

  • Provide an overview on leadership with professors Susan Ashford and Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks

  • Walk you through an interactive approach to learning what it takes to be a leader

  • Introduce you to your colleagues in the program and their experiences

  • Provide you with a leadership framework to help you create your own customized development plan

The 2011 Leadership Development Program will take place on Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7. Invitations to Fall 2010 Evening MBAs, Winter 2011 Evening MBAs, and May 2011 Weekend MBAs will be sent in April 2011.

Further information about the program is available by calling 734-647-7830 or by sending an email to RossLeadershipInitiative@umich.edu.
