MBA Experience
The Foundation Session is a mandatory event for
all incoming FT-MBA students. Foundation Session participants face a series of challenges that prompt them to examine their assumptions about leadership, reflect on their own leadership styles and strengths, grapple with issues of ethics and integrity, and make plans for their leadership development while at Ross. This opening program is a high-energy event that sets the tone for the two-year engagement with the Ross community and for life as a leader.
The Foundation Session is the beginning of a
transformative, two-year experience with the Ross Leadership
Initiative where students will be
challenged to improve their executive skills, cope with
crises, explore their values, gain experience leading globally
diverse teams, and break out of their “box” to a higher state of
innovation and creativity in order to confront important issues facing leaders today.
2012 Foundation Session
The 2012 Foundation Session begins on Friday, August
24
and continues through Thursday, August 30, 2012. Students are welcomed to Ross during
Transition Days on Thursday, August
23 and Friday,
August 24.
Please check back in the future for more detailed
information including student schedules, pre-readings, and presenter
bios.
