BBA Experience | MBA ExperienceIt's the blend of excellent classroom teaching and action
learning in real-world contexts that sets Michigan Ross apart from
all others. The Ross Leadership Initiative (RLI) supplements
classroom learning by providing a set of experiences and
explorations that supports first-class leadership development during
your MBA or BBA careers. A key element to all of RLI's programming
is student co-creation; our programs are created and
developed with students, for students.

There are several programs available to all students at Michigan Ross.
RLIx
It's impossible to determine where you're going until you've figured out where you're coming from. Reflecting on your leadership experiences is an essential step in your development as a "leader and best". By mindfully engaging in this student-led program, RLIx will empower you to examine your experiences and thoughts on leadership and enable you to make desired changes. At the end of your semester or term reflection, each student creates one piece of video, audio, or written content for the RLI Leadership Blog. This public community space allows for further development and conversations as students reflect and connect with other student posts.
RLI Speaker Series
During the academic year, RLI provides multiple opportunities for you to hear and interact with top-flight executives and business leaders. Topics cover a range of leadership aspects that will be crucial to your development at Michigan Ross.
