In this presentation, Dr. Dhir will use the experiences of his own professional life - as a physician, research scientist, management consultant, and a healthcare business leader - to reflect on how they can be interpreted when viewed through the lens of POS. In the presentation he will also like to initiate a dialogue on how can the findings from the study of POS be applied to address the following questions in healthcare:

1. How do we define, assess, and manage health as a positive state and not just as an absence disease?
2. How do we build and support health organizations that are focused on this broader definition of health?
3. What are the implications of training clinical and non-clinical leaders that work within healthcare organizations?
