The Reflected Best Self (RBS) exercise enables people to
identify their unique strengths and talents, making it an excellent tool for
personal development. Each participant requests positive feedback from
significant people in his or her life and then synthesizes it into a cumulative
portrait of his or her best self.

This booklet has strategies to help individuals completing the Reflected Best
Self exercise as they compile and interpret their feedback, and is helpful
either when they initially work on the exercise in a class setting or as a tool
to use on their own after completing their reflected best-self portraits.
