Positive Leadership: Creating Spectacular Organizational Success

This intensive five-day program explores positive organizational practices, examines those practices in action in a number of benchmark companies, and shows how to apply positive practices in your own organization.

Organizations that are "positively deviant" are able to leave their industry norm to create extraordinary results by unleashing greater human potential from their employees. During this intensive five-day course, you learn principles and concepts that are fundamental to developing positive leadership capabilities in yourself and others.

Special offering, Summer 2009- In conjunction with the Center for POS, Ross Executive Education invite you to a special series of hosted workshops designed to provide ideas, tools, and practices that cultivate strength and resources. In times when people in work and out of work most need them, these "Booster Shot Workshops" are designed to boost attendees' sense of hope and possibility about thriving in challenging times.
