My research explores issues related to workplace attachment, work orientation,
and the experience of employees who find work to be meaningful and fulfilling.
I am also interested in the ways in which individuals make relational,
organizational and societal contributions through their work, as well as the
impact of such contributions on the experience of work fulfillment. I conduct
primarily field research using a combination of quantitative and qualitative
methodologies.
