Rick Cotton’s current research projects include: a collaboration with a professor at Boston College on a theoretical paper focused on the impact of career strategies on objective and subjective career outcomes, a project where he is the lead researcher for a longitudinal study of the positive impacts of management action and values integration on intention to stay in a declining organization, as well as several projects researching the upper echelon of career-spanning high achievers in several different industries.
