Adam’s research interest centers on group-level performance under situations of stress. In particular, his focus is on how non-linear interactions within groups shape the way in which collectives make sense of their environment in situations of uncertainty and anxiety. Presently, Adam is working on a research project studying health practices and their effect on resilience and engagement in an academic setting.
