Claes Fornell, Allan Gilmour Will Speak at the Detroit Economic Club Dec. 8

ANN ARBOR, Mich.---Michigan Business School professor Claes Fornell will speak at the Detroit Economic Club's annual economic outlook luncheon noon-1:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at Cobo Center in Detroit.

Fornell, director of the American Customer Satisfaction Index and professor of marketing, will discuss the impact of customer satisfaction on the economy.

The event also will feature an automotive outlook by Allan Gilmour, MBA ’59, vice chairman of Ford Motor Co.; a financial outlook by Dick Wade, president of Bank One of Michigan; and an outlook on the construction industry by William McCarthy, chairman-elect of the Greater Detroit Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
