National Society of Hispanic MBAs Presents Brillante Award to Michigan Business School

ANN ARBOR, Mich.---Citing the University of Michigan Business School¿s commitment to ¿provide outstanding educational and career building opportunities to our nation¿s diverse population,¿ the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) recently presented its Brillante Award to the school.
The Educational Institutional Award---a sculptured flame exemplifying the warmth and light radiated by its recipients---was presented at the 14th Annual NSHMBA Conference in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Michigan has been an active supporter of NSHMBA¿s annual conference, as well as the National Black MBA Association¿s conference and Career Expo.
Kris Nebel, director of Admissions, and Al Cotrone, director of the Office of Career Development, Financial Aid and Academic Services, accepted the award on behalf of the school.
Founded in 1988, NSHMBA has 28 chapters and more than 6,000 members in the United States and Puerto Rico. It seeks to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development.
