ANN ARBOR, Mich. — With the government's help, GM got in and out of Chapter 11 faster than many experts thought possible. Professor Gerald Meyers, former chairman/CEO of American Motors Corp., talks about the road ahead for GM and takes a look at the Cash for Clunkers program.
Meyers is an adjunct professor of management and organizations at Ross. He is a well-known industrialist, author, speaker, active business consultant, and expert in the field of corporate governance and crisis management.
