ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Professor Tom Buchmueller explains how healthcare reform may take shape in the Obama administration as Congress attempts to rein in costs and expand coverage. Buchmueller is the Waldo O. Hildebrand Professor of Risk Management and Insurance and a professor of business economics and public policy at Ross. His recent work has examined the relationship between employer-sponsored insurance and labor market outcomes, interactions between the public sector and private insurance markets, and consumer demand for health insurance.
