Dear Ross Community:
If you need to reserve equipment for use over the upcoming holiday, please be sure to reserve the equipment using our online system by the end of the day on Thursday, December 19. All reserved equipment must be picked up at the Technology Concierge desk no later than 4:30pm on Friday, December 20.
In addition, please make note of the following times during which the Helpdesk and Technology Concierge (including equipment loans and walk-up, phone, or email support) will be unavailable.
- Helpdesk will close this Friday, December 20 at 6:00pm and reopen on Monday, December 23 at 7:00am.
- Helpdesk will close on Tuesday, December 24 at 2:00pm for the duration of the holiday break.
- Regular hours will resume on Thursday, January 2.
