RossWirelessSecure - Most Secure Network
Ross is proud to announce
RossWirelessSecure. This network is both more secure than the previous RossWireless network, and easier to connect to for a majority of users. Instead of downloading a separate program, all you have to do now is connect to the network and enter your Active Directory password.
Note: The previous
RossWireless and
RossWirelessClassic networks were discontinued on August 15, 2010. To have secure, high-speed internet access, you will need to use
RossWirelessSecure.
- From your computer's available wireless networks, select RossWirelessSecure.
- When the login box appears, enter your UM uniqname and Active Directory password (not Kerberos). If you do not know your Active Directory password, please see Services->Accounts on the top menu.
- If prompted to accept a certificate, choose Accept.
You should now be connected to RossWirelessSecure.
