View the Video ClipFormer Business School professor speaks about her experiences in leading social and corporate responsibility efforts

In April, Dr. Kellie McElhaney, now Executive Director of the Center for Responsible Business at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, spoke to interested students and faculty about ways to catalyze change. Her talk, entitled "Strategies for Leading Personal, Social, and Corporate Responsibility; Reflections on the Journey," was supported by grants from Net Impact and from General Motor's Global Sullivan Principles program.

Drawing on her own personal experiences and leading corporate examples, she encouraged attendees to bring the lessons home by reflecting on how their day-to-day activities were aligned with their personal values, and provided practical tools and guidelines for leading effective change efforts both at work and in life.
