University of Michigan President Mary Sue Coleman receives the 2004 Women in Leadership Award.

Presented annually by the Women in Business Initiative and Michigan Business Women since 1993, the award recognizes the achievements of outstanding women leaders in promoting the success of women. Michigan is the only leading business school to have such an award. Coleman discusses her experiences as the first woman president of the University of Michigan.
