President and chief executive officer
Deborah M. Gage oversees MEDecision's ongoing mission to improve
the relationship between healthcare payers, providers and
patients while directing the company's continued growth and
innovation. She is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the
company's operations, including continued platform development,
solution deployment and operational effectiveness.
Ms. Gage brings to MEDecision a diverse and
successful career as an entrepreneurial senior executive in the
healthcare technology, managed care and insurance sectors.
She previously served as president and CEO
of GTESS Corporation, Dallas, a software as a service (SaaS)
provider of payment technology applications for healthcare
payers. She also served as President and CEO for RosettaMed,
Houston, a developer of an electronic medical record patient
intake application.
Ms. Gage was founder, president and CEO of
SolutionPoint®, Inc., Dallas, a provider of database management
and decision support software products for hospitals and
integrated delivery systems. She began her career in healthcare
technology as an early team member at The MEDSTAT Group (now
Thomson MEDSTAT) - a healthcare analytics, decision support and
clinical software systems company - where she served in a
variety of roles, including vice president and general manager.
A graduate of the University of Michigan,
where she earned both a BA degree in Economics and an MBA, Ms.
Gage is currently chair of the University's Women's Leadership
Council and a member of its Ross School of Business Visiting
Committee. |

Patricia Gorton is the owner of
Global Innovation Training and the creator of Anatomy of a Risk
training curriculum. She has a unique optical view on innovation
given her business experience as a founder of a dot.com that
raised $90 million, as well as her career as an entrepreneurial
executive at Citigoup, where she launched over five products to
new markets and customers. She combines this expertise along
with her MBA from the University of Michigan and a passion for
powerful training techniques to deliver deep-learning,
high-impact leadership programs. The mission of her business is
to help companies create breakthrough innovation and accelerate
the path to growth. |

Marci is employed by Sprint
Communications as Vice President Customer Finance Services. In
her current role, Marci is responsible for credit, collections,
payment operations, fraud prevention, national sales support,
and customer management for our high credit risk customers.
Prior to her current assignment, Marci was Vice President of
Customer Finance Services and Assistant Treasurer for Nextel
from August 1998 to August 2005. Prior to joining Nextel, she
was with Ameritech for 11 ½ years.
While at Ameritech, her responsibilities included over three
years in consumer and small business collections, and four years
in Strategic Planning. Marci’s last position at Ameritech was
Director of Financial Analysis, where her responsibilities
included due diligence work on the planned Ameritech/SBC merger.
Prior to joining Ameritech, Marci worked for Peterson and
Company Consulting as an Executive Consultant. Marci has a BBA
in accounting (1978) and an MBA in Strategy and Finance (1983)
both from the University of Michigan. |

Darys Estrella

Darys Estrella Mordan is currently
the CEO of the Dominican Republic's Stock Exchange or "Bolsa de
Valores de la República Dominicana". Ms. Estrella joined the
Dominican Exchange after working five years in the Fixed Income
Currency and Commodities and the Human Capital Management
divisions of Goldman Sachs & Co., where she was a Vice
President. Before joining Goldman, Ms. Estrella spent seven
years at Deltec Asset Management as a Vice President in the
Emerging Markets Fixed Income division covering Latin America.
Ms. Estrella was selected as a Young Global Leader in 2008 by
the World Economic Forum. She is also a member of the University
of Michigan Stephen M. Ross Business School's Alumni Board of
Governors, a member of the International Advisory Council of
Fundacion Dom Cabral in Brazil and board member of Instituto
Dominico-Americano.
Ms. Estrella has served on the boards of Dominicans on Wall
Street (DOWS), of which she was a founding board member and
two-term president, the Dominican American Chamber of Commerce,
the Dominican Women's Development Center, and the Association of
Latinos in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA).
Ms. Estrella is frequently interviewed for television, radio,
magazines and newspapers, as well as a feature speaker for
events.
Ms. Estrella received her BA from Vassar College and her MBA
from the Stephen Ross School of Business at the University of
Michigan. She also completed the Executive Programs at the
Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government and Yale University
on Leadership for the 21st Century. While at Michigan, Estrella
was a Fellow for the Consortium for Graduate Study in
Management, part of the Admissions Student Committee, Chaired
the Upclose weekend for minority students, and was an active
member of the Finance and Hispanic and Latino Student
Association Clubs.
Ms. Estrella lives in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, with
her husband Andrew Wilson. They have three children, Yan Diego,
Maya Isabel and Javier Alberto. |

Roslyn
B. Payne

Roslyn B. Payne has more than 30
years of real estate development, finance, and investment
banking experience. She founded Jackson Street Partners, Ltd. of
San Francisco, a real estate venture capital company where she
serves as the principal. She also owns Dover Corporation, which
provides equity capital for residential developers.
Ms. Payne was president of the Federal Asset Disposition
Association and served on its board of directors for a period of
two years ending February 1988. FADA was created by the Federal
Home Loan Bank Board to manage and sell the most difficult loans
and properties from failed savings and loan institutions.
Prior to this, Ms. Payne was an executive with Genstar where she
served as a group vice president of the land and housing
division. Ms. Payne also served as a senior executive in a
various real estate divisions including Genstar Pacific
Development Ventures, Sutter Hill Ltd., and Genstar Mortgage
Company. She originally joined Genstar in 1981.
She was with Eastdil Realty, an investment banking company with
offices in New York and San Francisco, for 10 years and served
as a vice president and shareholder for several years until
leaving the firm in 1980.
Ms. Payne’s current activities include being a member of the
Urban Land Institute. She is a former president of the San
Francisco Chapter of Lambda Alpha International as well as the
Bay Area Mortgage Association. For many years, Ms. Payne served
as a member of the California Transportation Commission’s
Airspace Advisory Committee, and from 1997-1999, she chaired the
Community Parks Task Force committee for the San Francisco
Recreation and Park Assessment Project, and was a member of the
board of the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research
Association.
Education is an area of special interest to Ms. Payne. She
served on the Visiting Committee of the University of Michigan
Ross Business School for twenty years, where she chaired the
Women In Leadership Council. Ms. Payne is currently on the
Visiting Committee for the Harvard Business School as well as
the Board of Dean's Advisors for the Harvard School of Public
Health. She is on the Leadership Council for the UC San
Francisco Center of Excellence for Women’s Health, and is a
member of the International Women's Forum (Bay Area).
She was selected 1989 Member of the Year by the San Francisco
Chapter of Lambda Alpha International and received the 2003 Bert
F. Wertman Alumni Service Award from the University of Michigan
Business School. She received the outstanding leadership award
in 2010 from the Harvard School of Public Health for creating an
initiative between HSPH and Harvard Business School.
Ms. Payne has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the
University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration
from Harvard Business School. She lives in San Francisco, with
her husband. They have two sons who also live in the Bay Area.
She is the President of the Payne Family Foundation. |
