Students in the Ross School
RLI works with Michigan Ross students who represent the best and brightest from all over the world.
Our commitment is to serve the diverse leadership development needs of our students, including:
-
1,500+ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students, who were admitted into one of the most competitively selected programs in the world. In 2012, students who gained preferred admission to Michigan Ross out of high school averaged a 3.91 GPA, a 1494 SAT (math + verbal) score, and a 34 ACT score. Of the 1,895 who applied to the program, 308 were admitted. They arrive from all over the map: Ten percent are international and 68 percent come from states other than Michigan. We consistently are ranked among the nation’s top 10 undergraduate business schools.
-
1,000+ Full-time Master of Business Administration (FTMBA) students, who are equally accomplished. In 2012, first-year FTMBAs averaged five years of work experience, with 72 percent having undergraduate degrees in computer science, economics, engineering, humanities, social sciences, math, or the physical sciences. They represented 36 countries on six continents. Their average GMAT score was 703. Our MBA program consistently is ranked in the nation’s top 10.
-
300+ Part-time Master of Business Administration (PTMBA) students, who averaged in the 640s on the GMAT. A full 41 percent of our Weekend MBA students travel from out of state, including 26 percent who are international students. The majority of Weekend and Evening MBA students are in the work force, averaging six years’ experience.
-
100+ graduate students, who are studying to earn a Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) or Master of Accounting (MAcc). Our MSCM students come from all over the world — 85.7 percent were international students in 2012. Nearly two-thirds have a background in engineering. Our MAcc students average a score of 660 on the GMAT, and 91 percent study business as undergraduates.
