Leadership Crisis Challenge
Twenty-five, four-student teams assume the role of senior managers in a company facing a potentially devastating crisis. They:
- Develop an action plan in the face of fast-changing dynamics
- Communicate and defend the plan to an agitated board of directors
- Face real journalists and attempt to control the message
Students have 24 hours to balance competing demands, make difficult
decisions, and think on their feet to save not only the company, but also
the local community.
Along the way, they receive feedback from faculty judges, communication
coaches, process observers, and journalists.
The Leadership Crisis Challenge is planned in collaboration with Ross Net Impact, a student group dedicated to changing the world through business.
