For use by Ross constituents only.

Financial agreements, financial data, directors and executives, insider transactions, SEC news. Access to real-time SEC EDGAR filings, EDGAR archives through 1994, PRE-EDGAR Historical Index of all SEC filings through 1966, and regulatory documentation. Includes international companies trading on U.S. stock exchanges.

Compact D/SEC*
Available only on a standalone terminal in Kresge Library.

Provides access to financial and other information contained within Annual Reports, Proxy Statements, and 10-K/20-F filings for over 12,000 public U.S. companies. Presented in a series of CD-ROM with most discs containing the last 10 years of annual and the last 8 years of quarterly information. Includes international companies trading on U.S. stock exchanges. Library has January 1988 and July 1990 - July 2006.

Historical Annual Reports (ProQuest)
Searchable full text versions of annual reports for all 800 corporations ever listed in the Fortune 500. Reports date from 1884 to present and provide data on financial performance, key officers, competitors, and market trends for the leading corporations in the United States. These annual reports may be searched by keyword, company name, Fortune 500 ranking, NAICS Code, personal name, and subsidiary name.

Dun & Bradstreet's Million Dollar Database
Information on over 1,250,000 public and private companies. Each company has at least one million or more in sales, 20 or more total employees or 50 or more employees per branch.

Image and text versions of annual reports, 10-K, 8-K and 20-K reports and other SEC filings. Includes international companies trading on U.S. stock exchanges.

ValueLine

OneSource Global Business Browser: US and AsiaPac Editions
For use by Ross constituents only.

Provides in-depth business information on nearly one million companies, including around 600,000 large and mid-sized companies in the United States and Canada; 260,000 companies in Asia and the Pacific; and nearly 100,000 other companies globally.

Mergent Online
Current and historical information on 15,000 U.S. and 20,000 foreign companies, both active and inactive, including such features as acquisition/disposal history, statistics, financial information, mergers, joint ventures, long-term debt, bond ratings, capital stock and insider trading. Historical data available for the past 15 years.

Mergent WebReports
180,000 corporate and industry related documents, including analyst equity reports on over 4,000 large and mid-cap US companies. Provides electronic access to the contents of the Mergent (Moody's) Manuals, ranging back to the early 1900s.

Thomson ONE Banker
For use by Ross constituents only.

Market data and extensive U.S. and international company financial and related information. Research company fundamentals and statistics, do peer analysis, identify companies that meet desired criteria.

Thomson Research
In depth forecasts and analysis covering more than 30,000 U.S. and international companies based on research reports from over 980 leading firms. The company record includes Excel spreadsheet financials (current and 10 year historical), SEC filings, price and earnings data, Extel Overview Report, WorldScope Report and full SEC report.

Worldscope Global
Provides access to the financial information of 10,000 companies in 40 countries. The data is presented in a series of CD-ROM discs with most discs containing 10 years of annual data and is updated monthly. Library has: Jan. 1992 - July 2006. Use on standalone terminals in Kresge Library (Compact D icon).

Orbis
Includes information on millions of European, Asian, North and South American, and African companies and banks. Replaces Amadeus.

ISI Emerging Markets
News, economic statistics, market quotes and analyst reports on countries, companies, and industries in Asia, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa.
