Talk to your Advisor

Before you apply for a program, we highly recommend that you speak with an Academic Advisor to ensure that you have completed all required core classes and to determine which program best suits your professional goals.

You may also be interested in reviewing our pages on the International Business Curriculum and Language Study here at the University before you speak with an advisor. We strongly recommend students look into both of these in order to supplement their education.

M-Compass

All Ross Global Initiatives program applications and brochures are available on M-Compass.

M-Compass is a University of Michigan website where students can search and apply for study abroad programs and other international opportunities available throughout the university. Note that some international opportunities at Ross do not utilize M-Compass, so see the relevant contact information on the More Ross & U-M Programs page. Explore Funding Options

Because we realize the greatest limitation to pursuing an international experience is cost, we strongly suggest you speak with a Ross Financial Aid Advisor, who will be able to inform you about potential Ross funding and scholarships based on your individual financial situation.

Apply for a Passport/ Check Visa Requirements

All international travelers need a passport. Please visit travel.state.gov/passport for more information about how to obtain a passport. International students need to check their own visa status and their own entry requirements to the country where they wish to travel.
