Office of Tax Policy Research
Activities of the Office of Tax Policy Research fall into two categories. First, it initiates and coordinates large-scale research projects on taxation topics of current policy interest and scholarly importance, such as the impact of tax reform. The results of these projects are made available to the public through conferences, scholarly publications, as well as publications aimed at policy makers, business, and other non-specialist audiences. The Office also sponsors several continuing programs designed to promote research in taxation. Current activities include a
graduate student fellowship program, a visiting speaker series, and interdisciplinary workshops in tax policy issues. Inquiries may be sent to:
