The Conference hotel will be the Intercontinental Ceylan. 

The special room rate of 140 euros with breakfast is guaranteed from June 30- July 9, 2011.  This rate is available for all participants who book by May 18, 2011. It will automatically appear on the hotel reservation website when you use the link above.
