The 2014 Social Innovation Summit will feature entrepreneur, thought leader, and social innovator Aaron Hurst. Hurst is the Founder of the Taproot Foundation, Founder & CEO of Imperative, and Author of The Purpose Economy. A proud Michigan alumnus, he is also the recipient of 2009 University of Michigan LS&A Humanitarian Award.

During the day-long summit, leaders from across sectors will reveal how they have found purpose through their careers. Attendees will explore their own purpose journey, and engage with social entrepreneurs and thought leaders to discuss social challenges and innovations.
