Faculty Information

For any questions pertaining to faculty involvement in the commencement exercises and related activities, please contact Lynnette Iannace at liannace@umich.edu or (734) 763-8042.

Academic Attire

  • The School will rent academic attire for all faculty participating in the Ross School of Business Commencement Exercises. All faculty members will be contacted regarding specific measurements and details.
  • The academic attire will be delivered directly to Hill Auditorium for the ceremony on Friday, April 27, 2012.
  • If any faculty member needs to have his/her academic attire earlier than April 27 for other commencement related activities, or needs to keep the attire after the Commencement Exercises on Friday, please inform Lynnette Iannace as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made for you.
  • If any faculty member would like to purchase academic attire, the school will cover 50% of the cost of the purchase.

Processional

Faculty members are asked to arrive at Hill Auditorium no later than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start to allow for robing, etc. Robing will be in the Mezzanine lobby.

Seating for Guests

Please let us know if you will be having any special guests attend the ceremony so that tickets can be issued.

Faculty members are invited to attend the other events and activities surrounding Commencement.
