Description: McDonald draws on his nearly 30 years of experience with Procter & Gamble to outline ten characteristics of a great leader in his presentaion of "Values-Based Leadership." This speech concentrates on how one's core beliefs and values can shape leadership skills. McDonald's inspirational examples demonstrate how having a clear set of objectives will help one make better personal and professional decisions.
