RESERVATION FORM

Please check the lab schedule lab schedule before filling out this form. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • LAB HOURS: 9am-5pm Monday through Friday including set up and close up times.
  • Researcher is responsible for arranging for and scheduling participants.
  • Eligibility for lab use will include a Ross School affiliation and IRB clearance. For questions with regard to eligibility, please contact Behavioral Lab Director, Professor Christina Brown at clbrown@umich.edu.
  • One MUST email behaviorallab@umich.edu with at least THREE (3) business days notice of any reservation change or cancellation.
  • One can reserve the Lab for no more than 10 hours per week or 40 hours per semester. There is one exception: if the Lab is available during an upcoming week, one can request to use the Lab for more than the hours previously reserved for that specific week.
