Charitable Gift Annuities

Charitable Lead Trusts
Charitable lead trusts allow you to transfer assets to your children (or other beneficiaries) while the income from those assets goes to the

Donor Pooled Income Funds
Donor pooled income funds can help you avoid capital gains taxes and receive the tax benefits of a charitable gift. Established by the University, the fund pools contributions from different donors and is invested and managed by financial experts retained by the University. The minimum gift amount is $10,000.
