Alison Davis-Blake – Dean
Alison Davis-Blake is an expert on strategic human resource
management and organizational design for effective management of
human capital. Her research interests include the effects
of outsourcing on organizations and employees, organizational
employment, salary, and promotion systems, and the determinants
and consequences of using contingent workers. Davis-Blake
has held editorial positions with the Administrative Science
Quarterly and Academy of Management Review. She has
taught courses in organizational theory, organizational
behavior, and strategic human resource management for
undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral students. She has also
taught on these topics in a wide variety of executive education
programs. She recently completed a three-year term as a
board member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of
Business, the premier accrediting body for business schools
worldwide. She joined Ross as dean on July 1, 2011.
Soojin Kwon Koh – Director of
Admissions
Prior to joining the Ross Office of Admissions in 2004, Soojin
spent five years as a management consultant in the strategy and
operations practice at Deloitte. She also has served as a budget
and policy analyst with the U.S. Senate Budget Committee, the
House Appropriations Committee, and the Department of Commerce.
Soojin was selected by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of its
“40 under 40.” A proud soccer mom to two sons, Soojin also is a
two-time Boston marathoner and a triathlete. She has an MBA from
the Ross School, a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard
University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and political
science from Yale University.
Damian Zikakis

Director of Career Services
Damian Zikakis was appointed
Director of Career Services at the Ross School of Business in
September 2010. Prior to Ross, he was the Managing
Director with Boyden Global Executive Search. Boyden is a
retained search firm with 70 offices in 40 countries and Zikakis
managed the Michigan office. Before that, he spent more
than 20 years as a CPA and financial executive. Zikakis began
his career with Price Waterhouse and worked in the firm's
Chicago, Tulsa and Detroit offices. Subsequently, he
worked for several small and mid-sized companies in roles
ranging from Controller to Chief Financial Officer.
Zikakis received a bachelor of business administration degree,
with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1979.
