Community
On Campus
Our hands-on, team-based approach to leadership development demands that Ross MSCM students collaborate with faculty and peers on multifaceted projects. A key strength of the MSCM Program is its ability to leverage other programs within the school. MSCM faculty come directly from our top-ranked MBA programs, and MBA students often enroll in MSCM courses as a way to experience a deeper immersion in the supply chain specialty.
More than 70 student clubs and organizations support professional, social, and community interests at Ross. Each fall students organize the Global Operations Conference, which draws supply chain experts, industry leaders, and alumni from across the globe. In addition, MSCM students regularly interface with students in the U-M College of Engineering through the Tauber Institute for Global Operations.
Off Campus
As students venture off campus and into Ann Arbor, they find a sophisticated yet warm community whose fabric is formed by people, ideas, and cultures from around the world. Some 16 percent of the city’s population is foreign-born; 20 percent speak a language other than English at home. The cultural diversity that permeates the city makes Ann Arbor a wonderful place to complete the MSCM degree.
Around the World
Upon earning the degree, all MSCM graduates belong to a worldwide community of more than 40,000 business school alumni. At the same time, all Ross students are members of a U-M alumni family that counts more than half a million Wolverines across the globe.
