The Ross School’s Office of Career Development (OCD) is well-positioned for today’s challenging economic climate and offers a diverse portfolio of recruiting companies and industries to allow students considerable flexibility, as well as room for adaptation, in the job search. OCD consists of two staff groups -- career counseling and recruiter relations -- that partner with students to clarify goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

Together, they provide such critical resources as

  • Individual counseling and workshops
    • self-assessment
    •  job search strategy
    • self-directed search
    • resume writing
    • networking
    • interviewing skills
    • negotiating skills
  • Online databases
  • Recruiting events and corporate presentations
