Child Care

bullet Child Care Subsidy Program provides funds to students with children to assist in meeting the cost of licensed child care.
bullet Several provisions must be met to qualify.

United States Veterans Support Post 9/11 GI Bill – Chapter 33 and Yellow Ribbon Program

bullet Ross is proud to participate in the Chapter 33 – Yellow Ribbon program. Student U.S. military veterans who qualify for Chapter 33 benefits at 100% will qualify to receive Yellow Ribbon funding at Ross. The VA and Ross benefits added together will cover full tuition and fees. You will also receive a housing and book stipend directly from the VA each term you are enrolled at Ross.
bullet For access to most benefits, you must certify your enrollment at the University of Michigan. Certifying Officials for Veterans Benefits in the Office of the Registrar can assist with this process.

Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP)

bullet LRAP is open to Ross School of Business graduates (US citizens/permanent residents)
who are employed full-time in nonprofit/public sector.
bullet Provides assistance to repay loan obligations.

Tuition Refund Insurance (TRI)
Please note: cost for this insurance is not considered a financial aid budget expense

bullet Inexpensive, voluntary form of tuition reimbursement insurance protection.
bullet This plan will protect against significant financial loss should a student have to withdraw from classes for a medical reason.
bullet Premiums, more literature and the ability to sign up online directly from this website

Assistantship

bullet Research and teaching assistantships are separate from the financial aid application process.
bullet Professors select recipients on an individual basis, and most prefer doctoral students.
bullet Contact professors directly when you arrive on campus to discuss possible openings.
