First Year Course Sequence

(Follow links on course titles for descriptions.)
The EMBA Program admits a cohort of 60 to begin the EMBA Program in August and January each year.  Targeted profile and curriculum for each class is identical.  Three courses will typically be taken concurrently throughout the program.  Parallel to the monthly courses is a Professional Development module, or track, that focuses on issues outside the normal classroom. First year efforts focus on a guided process of self assessment and reflection, identifying strengths as well as opportunities for growth and improvement in a candidate's personal and professional development needs.  Featured highlights include one-on-one coaching meeting to outline plan specifics, formal assessment tools, and the identification of a personal development plan.  The program also brings top executives to speak to the class regarding management trends as well as their own learnings in facing difficult situations.
