Applications are now being accepted for the
Fall 2009 and Winter 2010 entering classes. Decision Periods are

Applications are reviewed as they are received. You
are encouraged to apply as early as possible within a decision period.
After an interview is completed, decisions may be available in 2-4 weeks.
We will continue to accept applications on a space-available after stated
deadlines, contact the EMBA Office for details 734-615-9700.

The application is now available in Adobe Acrobat
(PDF) and MSWord (DOC) format. Access the files below to download, complete and print
your application materials. We do not accept electronically completed
applications - if you enter your information electronically you must still print
out and mail your application to the EMBA program office. These
application forms are valid for all entering classes.
Please indicate on the front page of the application the program for which you
would like to be considered.

Application Materials
A complete application includes:
- $125 application fee, check payable to the "University of Michigan"

Completed and signed application (pages
1-6)
- Current 1-2 page resume
- Essays and any other additional supporting materials
- Official transcripts in sealed envelopes
- Three (3) recommendations in sealed envelopes (pages
7-12)
- Two (2) passport photographs
Interviews
Interviews are a critical part of
the application review process. Candidates will be contacted to schedule an
interview in Ann Arbor after completed applications are received.
Applications will not be forwarded to the Admissions
Committee for review until an interview with a member of the committee is
completed.
