Sponsoring the tuition of your high-potential leaders helps your organization retain its best talent while preparing them to strengthen your organization.
The Michigan Ross EMBA program provides a rigorous general management training that emphasizes strategy and leadership development. The ROI you experience from sponsoring a candidate is immediate and ongoing.
In November 2011, Leadership Excellence cited Michigan Ross as the top business school for leadership development -- for the fourth consecutive year.
Students immediately apply the cutting-edge frameworks, tools, and concepts learned in class to their work at your organization.
A variety of industries, functions, geographies, and organizations are represented in each cohort and organizations benefit from the shared intellect and networking among this impressive group.
Our monthly format delivers a world-class MBA with fewer days out of the office and less travel. We use video and audio conferencing, shared eRooms, podcasts, Web content, and digital lectures to minimize interruption to your executives' professional obligations.
Through our Executive Multidisciplinary Action Projects (ExecMAP), we partner with some of the world's most dynamic companies on solving challenging problems, identifying new processes, and targeting opportunities for growth. During these field-based consulting projects, teams of four to six Michigan Ross EMBA students will consult with your firm under the guidance of faculty advisers. Their final deliverable is a comprehensive action plan to achieve a specific goal you've identified.
You may be looking to solve a market entry problem, identify operations improvements, or design a customer relationship program. We can help.
ExecMAP sponsors have access to the analytical strengths of outstanding Michigan Ross students and faculty.
Many companies that sponsor EMBA students in our program also sponsor ExecMAP projects. As a result, your own leadership talent can work to resolve an issue within your organization as part of their regular MBA coursework.
