Educational Advantage

Michigan's Ross School of Business BBA Program is committed to strengthening your analytical skills through integrated coursework, case studies and action-based learning. As a future business leader, Michigan’s enriching curriculum provides you with the confidence to excel in the world’s fluid business environment. The BBA Program will provide students with a strong foundation in all functional business disciplines and access to a wide array of complementary electives within the Ross School of Business or in other university departments. The BBA curriculum will broaden your understanding of business, while integrating your liberal arts and professional education.

The transition from the two-year BBA Program to the new three-year BBA Program will allow for better sequencing of courses to strengthen foundational business skills. Additionally, while spreading a rigorous academic program over three years instead of two, it will allow for students to customize their BBA experience and take full advantage of other educational opportunities such as additional capstone courses and the ability to earn a double major.

The program requires completion of select core courses, although flexibility is built in to enable you to fully pursue your objectives. In your final year, for example, a capstone senior seminar synthesizes your liberal arts and BBA training through a collaborative year-long research assignment. There will be additional opportunities to co-create your BBA experience such as study abroad and personal and professional development workshops.
