Preferred Admission Application Process
Apply for preferred admission in the U-M supplement to the Common Application. You must select the U-M College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA); the College of Engineering; the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance;
the School of Art and Design; or the School of Kinesiology.
The Ross School receives your preferred admission application after the U-M Office of Undergraduate Admissions admits you. We have no influence over the admission process or timeline.
Your formal offer of admission to U-M will determine the timeline for your
Preferred Admission decision (please see
Dates & Deadlines).
Do not fill out the Ross BBA online application if you are applying for freshman admission to U-M. That application is for college students currently enrolled at U-M.
If you are not admitted through the preferred admission track, we encourage you to attend U-M and apply for
regular admission during your freshman year.
Over 75 percent of Ross BBAs entering the program in 2012 were admitted via regular admission.
