Ross BBA Graduation Information
Are you a Ross BBA Senior who is nearing graduation? If so, please read
the important information below regarding when and how to apply for graduation.
December 2009 Graduates
Dates & Deadlines
October 21: Deadline to apply for
graduation in Wolverine Access if you would like your name printed in the
University's December 2009 Commencement program.
December 13: Deadline to apply for graduation in Wolverine
Access in order to have your degree conferred and to be considered a
December 2009 graduate.
Notes
- When you apply for graduation in Wolverine Access:
- Select FALL 2009 as your graduation term in order to be
considered a December 2009 graduate.
- Indicate how you would like your name to appear on your diploma.
- Provide an address to which your diploma should be sent.
- Applying for December 2009 graduation does not obligate you to
attend the University's December 2009 Commencement Ceremony.
However, you can and may attend if you'd like. More information is
available here.
- December 2009 graduates are welcome to participate in the April 2010
Ross Commencement Exercises, and will have their names listed in the
Ross program for this ceremony. More information is available
here.
Delaying Graduation
If you qualify to graduate in December 2009 but would prefer to delay
until April 2010, you are welcome to do so. BBA students will not be
forced to graduate in December; however, please note the following:
- Any credits taken during the Winter 2010 term will count
toward your degree and be added to your final CTP.
- Any grades earned during the Winter 2010 term will be
factored into your final BBA GPA.
- BBA Seniors who have completed all degree requirements in Winter
2010 do not have the option to delay graduation past April 2010.
Non-Degree Status
If you apply and are approved to graduate in December 2009, but then
decide you would like to continue taking classes here at Ross, please note
the following:
- You may return to Ross for the Winter 2010 term as a 'Non-Degree
Seeking' student. To do so, contact Academic Services at
rossacadservices@umich.edu
to request 'Non-Degree Seeking" student status.
- Any credits taken during the Winter 2010 term will not count
toward your degree or be added to your final CTP if you are a non-degree
seeking student.
- Any grades earned while a non-degree student during the Winter 2010 term will not be
factored into your final BBA GPA.
- Non-degree seeking students are not eligible for Financial Aid.
April 2010 Graduates
Dates & Deadlines
Students can begin applying now for April 2010 graduation through
Wolverine Access. Final deadlines for applying will be posted at a
later date.
Notes
- When you apply for graduation in Wolverine Access:
- Select WINTER 2010 as your graduation term in order to be
considered an April 2010 graduate.
- Indicate how you would like your name to appear on your diploma.
- Provide an address to which your diploma should be sent.
- BBA Seniors who have completed all degree requirements in Winter
2010 do not have the option to delay graduation past April
2010.
