The Ross School admits new students to the PhD program each fall. The Ross School and U-M’s Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies jointly administer application to the program through a single process.

The application and most of the related credentials are submitted online. As a part of the application, individuals must designate a single area of study from among the seven areas offered by the Ross School. 

The application deadline for Fall 2013 has passed. The application for Fall 2014 admission will be available in September 2013.
