MAP
provides a top-quality learning experience for both students and
companies. Ross students have completed nearly 1,340 projects at more
than 675 organizations since 1992. Through MAP, student teams work full-time with
companies on projects that test students' skills, produce valuable
information for sponsors, and stimulate exchanges that benefit scholars
and business practitioners alike.
MAP is integrated into
the core curriculum for academic credit and is conducted under the
guidance of faculty advisors. As the final course
before graduating, Asia Global MBA students are given the opportunity to
integrate the concepts they have acquired through their academic career
to design or improve a business process or provide the solution to a
problem that ultimately produces valuable information for
client-sponsors.
With their MBA coursework behind them and an average of 9 years
managerial level experience before joining the program, teams of 4 to 6
Global MBA students successfully manage project scopes considerably
broader than that of a typical internship.
