Michigan’s Ross School of Business offers evening
classes at two locations – at the main campus in
Ann Arbor and at the Oakland County Satellite in
Southfield.
Oakland County has two classrooms, located in Suite
35. Classes are offered year-round: Fall/Winter
full terms and Spring/Summer half-terms. Core classes
are offered each fall and winter at both locations,
allowing students to take all of their required classes
at the location that is most convenient. Most classes
are offered once a week, Monday through Thursday, 6-9
p.m. or 7-10 p.m.
One of the ongoing innovations of the program is the
addition of courses taught either as a series of
intensive weekend classes or classes that meet one
weekday and one weekend day. Several courses each term
are offered in this format. Many evening students prefer
to take these intensive weekend classes, depending on
their work schedule.
The Ross School of Business operates an extensive computer lab on the main campus in Ann Arbor.
Many students find that they travel to the Kresge Business School library in Ann Arbor on a regular basis to take advantage of the complete array of online services and the extensive book and periodical collections. The reference librarians in Ann Arbor have evening hours for part-time students and can be visited in person at the Ann Arbor campus or contacted by phone or e-mail.
