Isacco Piccioni’s research is focused on decision theory and asset pricing. In particular, he studies whether preference-based asset pricing models (i.e. asset pricing models based on more realistic assumptions regarding how investors face risk) can rationalize several anomalies observed in the financial markets. Isacco holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of North Carolina, and a B.A. in Economics from L. Bocconi Univeristy in Milan.
