The marketing divisions offers numerous electives to help you meet your educational goals, degree requirements, and career aspirations.

Career Related Information for Marketing Students

A career in marketing can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding. The office of career development has prepared a document entitled Steps for Developing a Marketing Career that may help you understand marketing opportunities and how to prepare for them.

For Prospective BBA Students

  • The Stephen M. Ross School of Business offers a premier undergraduate marketing education. Our program is regularly ranked as one of the top 5 programs by US News and World Report. 
  • Study of marketing at the undergraduate level takes place through the Bachelors of Business Administration program, which offers a holistic approach, providing students with necessary exposure to all key areas of business while allowing them to delve into specific areas of expertise.

    • Prospective students must complete separate applications for the University and to the Business School.  Most students do this in their freshman year, although a select group of high school seniors are admitted each year. 
    • Interested students are advised to utilize the resources in the admissions department including, information sessions, pre-business school counseling, and opportunities to contact current students.
